The fastest way to start is a short text or email to Ali about the decision you're stuck on. You can reach him by phone or text at (604) 632-4959, or by email at Ali@Sedighi.ca. Ali keeps office hours of Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

Three ways to reach Ali
- Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you'd like to talk the question through before writing anything down. If Ali is in a session, leave a voicemail with your name and a good time to call back.
- Text (604) 632-4959. Best for a quick first message from the truck or between calls. A couple of lines is plenty.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to attach numbers, an agency proposal or a price list.
Whichever you choose, the reply comes from Ali.
What to include in your first message
You don't need to prepare a lot. These five points help Ali reply with something useful straight away:
- Your company and province. Name, city and the provinces you work in.
- Size. Number of technicians and rough annual revenue, even as a range.
- The decision. One or two sentences on what you're trying to decide.
- What you've tried. For example, "raised prices 5% last spring" or "spent $2,000 a month on ads for a year".
- Timing. Is there a deadline, such as an agency contract renewal or a manager who's leaving?
Here's a template you can copy and fill in:
Hi Ali, I own [Business name] in [City], [Province]. We have [number] techs and roughly [revenue range] a year. I'm trying to decide [the decision]. So far we've [what you've tried]. I'd like to sort this out by [timing].
If you're not ready to share revenue figures yet, leave them out. Ali will ask for what he needs when he sends the quote.
What happens next
The process has three steps:
- Ali replies. Usually within one business day, with a few questions or a first view of which session would help. If he doesn't think a session is the right tool for your question, he'll say so.
- You receive a written quote. It sets out the session topic, what to send beforehand, the format and the price. Nothing is scheduled until you've agreed to it.
- You prepare and meet. You send the agreed figures ahead of time, the session runs in person or by video call, and you get a written summary of decisions and next steps afterwards.
If you'd like to prepare early, the owner numbers sheet lists everything Ali tends to ask for, and the session topics page will help you describe your question.
Before you get in touch
A few things worth knowing:
- Business only. Ali advises on pricing, marketing, people and planning. He isn't a contractor, and HVACConsultant.ca offers business and marketing consulting, not engineering, mechanical design, inspection or code-compliance services. Equipment, permit and safety questions belong with licensed trades and your safety authority.
- No forms or booking links. This site deliberately has none. Every conversation starts with a call, a text or an email.
- Canada-wide. Ali works with owners in every province and territory. The region pages describe what tends to come up in each market.
- Ali is in Vancouver. He works on Pacific time, so owners in Atlantic Canada may want to call or text in their afternoon.

A note on messages and privacy
We only reply to people who contact us first, and we won't add you to any mailing list. Anything you send, including revenue figures or staff details, is used only to prepare your quote and session. Hours and reply times are given as a guide; if a deadline matters, mention it in your first message so Ali can tell you whether it's realistic.
Frequently asked questions
Will I talk to Ali or to a sales rep?
To Ali. He reads the messages and replies to them himself.
What if I call and Ali can't answer?
Leave a short voicemail or send a text with your name, company and question. We usually reply within one business day.
Do I need my numbers ready before I get in touch?
No. Start with the question. Ali will list the figures he needs when he sends the written quote, and rough numbers are fine at that stage.
Can I write to Ali in confidence?
Yes. Your message and any numbers you share are kept private and aren't passed on to anyone outside the group.
